Delivery

We ship our products worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany)

• Flat-rate shipping: €4.90
• Free shipping on orders over €50

International Deliveries

• Europe: €9.90 flat rate – free shipping on orders over €150
• Worldwide: €19.90 flat rate – free shipping on orders over €150

 

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery takes place:

• Within Germany: 2–3 business days
• International deliveries: 5–7 business days

Delivery times apply from the date of contract conclusion (in the case of advance payment, from the date of your payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, they will be shipped together in one consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
